BOARDING
Pickwick strives to be a competitive Hunter/Jumper show stable, and anticipates that all boarders and students will pursue weekly lessons, and will want to attend at least one of the scheduled shows per month. Board Rates reflect this expectation. All board rates include full use of all facilities, including tack rooms, tack-up areas, cross ties, wash stall, rings, outdoor trails.
All board packages include basic care: daily feed (Purina Product) 8-12 lbs per day, hay (25 lb per day, stall & field water, cleaning of stalls, turn-out single or with a group (weather-permitting), de-worming at cost, and scheduling of routine farrier, dentist, and veterinarian services. Under certain circumstances there may be occasions when extra hay charges may be assessed. Special feed may also be extra at cost.
Board bills are sent at the beginning of each month, and are expected to be paid no later than the 5th.
Service Charges: A late fee of $10 will be charged for any bill not paid in part by the 5th of each month, to be added again at the 15th and the 25th. If no payment is received prior to the end of the month, management is entitled to a lien against the horse for the amount due and shall enforce lien and sell horse for amount due, according to the appropriate laws of Maryland. Bounced check fee: $30.00

Monthly Grooming
|
Includes regular grooming, mane pull, clipping, bathing as necessary, presentation to Customers. Scheduling for routine farrier, dentist, and veterinarian with attendance during those appointments.
